near airport, quality deal, very very helpful staff,
Very clean room and quite.
The shuttle bus in the morning was swamped with late arrivals out of the lobby and driver refused my baggage and left me on the curb. Hotel offered no apology and I had to take a cab to airport. All this after I had reserved the bus the night before.
Convenient location, close to the airport. Helpful staff. Clean, modern room. Food market adjacent to hotel.
At night, the air conditioner was making a sound that could disturb sleep.
The price was very competitive with anything else in the area. The rooms were clean and sleek - felt a bit like living in an Ikea store. Everything was well-organized and comfortable. The breakfast buffet, while not exactly gourmet, had everything one might want and was a rare thing in Europe.
We were walking from the Metro station, and it was somewhat difficult to find the hotel. Some signs for pedestrians would have been helpful.
Location was good, the rooms were functional and access to airport/metro station was very good.
Everything other than the room was chargeable (no dental kits???). Absolutely no information on safety or otherwise of drinking water from the taps. The soap container near the wash basin was empty and not filled up even on the second day.
Good honest value for money, with the added bonus of an excellent attitude of the staff, all of the ones we met.
Near to the airport with bus transfer
The music was too loud in the bar area
Location close to airport, free shuttle bus to/from airport.
Pay for WiFi. No tea/coffee in room. Shuttle bus starts too late for some early flights. Beware of rip off taxi drivers in Madrid (most of them)!
The room was very comfortable, bright, clean and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful to someone with pretty limited Spanish. My dinner in the restaurant was quite good. It was an extremely easy and convenient hotel from which to get to the airport.
We had to stay overnight in Madrid and take an early flight. We read the comments of other travelers and picked the hotel for our stay. We were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, the room clean and breakfast is served early which is very convenient.
The fact that the free shuttle bus stops running at 11:30pm. Our flight arrived at 12:30 am and we had to take a taxi for 20 euros. The other hotels still had shuttle buses running at that time.
Near the airport and the shuttle service. Good restaurant as well as good prices.
It is perfect hotel for rest during short stopover in Barajas airport Madrid. Free charge shattle bus (just call them), not far (apprx. 5-7 min), fast service. Centr of small vilage, big supermarket next door. Small but comfortable and new furnished room.
Only for stopover, for city trip rather far to Madrid.
Nice and clean hotel at good price wtih excellent free shuttlebus service from/to the airport.
Minutes from the airport with the hotel's free shuttle, although be warned that it is shared with another hotel in the area. The hotel is about 5 minutes walking distance from the Metro Barajas station. The reception staff was outstanding and extremely helpful. We did have to pay 5 euro "Per Computer" for Wi-Fi...The rooms are very clean but a bit crammed. The hotel has a restaurant and a small bar for beer, coffee, etc. There are many restaurants down the street in Barajas. Highly recommend this hotel. Even if it's far from 'downtown', it would make a great base because the metro is so close.
Paying for wi-fi although this is the norm in the eu these days...
Professional staff, multi lingual, willing to help and meet your needs. Clean and modern, good food, conveinient location. Both to airport and Madrid. Highly recomend to travelers. After traveling 3 weeks through out Italy the hotel was a needed oasis. My congratulations to the staff and management. Thank you Antonin Ciotta U.S.a
